New TM TV is a live television streaming app for Android TV. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app.

Data we collect

The app itself does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.

We use the following third-party services that may collect data automatically:

• Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) — collects anonymised usage data including app opens, session duration, watch time, and device information (device model, OS version, country). It may also use the Advertising ID to identify unique devices for analytics purposes. This data is used solely to understand how the app is used and to improve it. It is not used for advertising targeting.
  Google Privacy Policy
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) — collects crash reports including stack traces and device state at the time of a crash. This data is used to diagnose and fix bugs.
  Google Privacy Policy
• Firebase Remote Config (Google LLC) — used to deliver app configuration (such as minimum required version). No personal data is collected through this service.

Advertising ID

Firebase Analytics uses the Android Advertising ID to count unique devices. This is used for analytics only — the app contains no advertisements and does not share your Advertising ID with advertisers.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond the Firebase services described above. Firebase is operated by Google LLC and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Data retention

Analytics and crash data is retained according to Firebase's default retention settings (up to 14 months for Analytics). You can reset your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings under Privacy → Ads.

Children

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
